Through this 100% equity purchase, Columbia Africa strengthens its East African footprint, adding Tanzania to its existing network of clinics in Nairobi, Kenya.
The acquisition marks an essential step in Columbia Africa’s strategy to expand high-quality, affordable, and patient-centered healthcare services across East Africa. Following the integration, IST Clinic will operate under the Columbia Africa brand.
