Doesn't really effect me except for making me need to go the loo. It does help get rid of/prevent tension headaches though. I'll be tired but won't fall asleep. :/. Same. More than that and I get nauseated. So yea, I have a physical dependance on caffeine. If you drink caffeine all the time, it's not going to give you a noticeable buzz. Overall though it's OK, because caffeine has a net positive effect on my concentration and coordination, which is important for me as I have dyspraxia. I will admit that it sometimes makes my anxiety worse, but so does being tired and miserable. Mostly just drink decaf, and a extremely occasional tea or soda, but neither for caffeine reasons. Yeah, because of anxiety I only drink decaf - with one exception. I already have ADHD, so what is caffeine going to do to me that my genes haven't already? You could be really caffeine sensitive. pretty sure with all that I've ingested (maybe 1 redbull a day, 5 days a week, for the last 5 years) I've become somewhat immune. Like, if she has a soda after 5PM or something, she won't feel awake, but she'll be kept awake.

I can pound a typical energy drink and go to sleep right afterwards. Caffeine lost its powers on me after my first three years of taking PWO (pre-workout) going to the gym :( Now, I only drink it because I like the taste. Caffeine has been a huge boost to studying, working and creative efforts in short bursts for me and I love it, but it's hard for me to imagine how it can be healthy beyond about a cup of coffee a day.
