Amazo has copied the Worlogog, Green Lantern Ring, and Lasso of Truth (he's copied tons of other gear, but that trifecta accounts for Cosmic, Technology, and Magical gear), I don't see why Thanos' gear gives him an advantage when Amazo could copy its functions. Amazo is a super villain of DC Comics, and a foe of the JLA. And JLU Amazo just sucks in comparison to Thanos. Thanos wins only if he has his shields.
