I think Mezcal Spicy Mama suits this just fine! Yet, when you add pickled ginger and a good dollop of wasabi, the flavor takes on an entirely new twist. I’ll try adding a few more cilantro leaves next time, as I love to experiment. Thanks for dropping in!
